There are four F-150 Lightning trim models: the entry-level Pro, work-smart XLT, luxurious Lariat, and posh Platinum. Having so many models to choose from makes it easy to balance the features you crave with the amount of money you’re willing to spend.
All four F-150 Lightning models come standard with Ford’s new SYNC 4 infotainment system and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The XLT adds the Interior Work Surface, where you can work on your laptop or spread out your lunch. Inside the Lariat, you’ll find leather-trimmed seats and a bigger, 15.5-inch infotainment touchscreen. The top-trim Platinum adds heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats with massage settings and a premium Bang & Olufsen sound system.
The Chevy Silverado EV is only available in two flavors, base WT (Work Truck) and sporty RST. We’re not yet sure what features will be available for each of these trim models, but we do know that the gas-powered version of the WT is pretty basic, while the RST adds sporty trim details and extra creature comforts.
