    Came in with check engine light related, thankfully, to a recall. Forrest helped me and the total experience was without any issues. Professional and courteous. Repaired in time given. Hopefully I don't have any issues with the work performed but right now, no issue. I'm from out of state and had never heard of this dealership before. Reviews looked good online so I chose Jones from the 3 options I had in my current area. Would recommend to give them a try but I'm only familiar with the service department. Thanks again Forrest for the outstanding customer service.

    Quick lube was awesome as always. Went to look at a car I was interested in while waiting and they have a $30000 dealer markup on it. They are higher than market average for markup on this vehicle and that's crazy especially during the pandemic. Feels like the dealership is trying to rip people off during this time. I will continue to use quicklube because they take great care of my car and have for a long time, but my new car money will be going somewhere else.

Greatly valued their honesty, efficiency and urgency they placed in getting my Ford Fusion running in 1 week after it had been bounced around between 3 other garages that had my car for over 2 MONTHS just trying to get the engine/rack and pinion replaced. The facility is congested, cars are everywhere and difficult to find a place to park. I'm sure the business struggles with organization in such a tight space with so many customers.     Being from out of state I was sure I was going to get raked over the coals, but it was the complete opposite! Scott in quicklane was awesome! They put a new valve stem on and had it ready quicker than they said for an incredibly fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!

    Bought a 2010 Raptor there and from purchase to servicing, it’s been a very positive experience and has changed my perception of large volume domestic car dealerships. Sales staff was knowledgeable and honest. Service department picked it up from their and continued to shore up and add to the positive vibes.     Brought car in for an oil change. I came when they first opened so didn't have to wait very long. The gentleman that attended at the front was nice and helpful. Place looked clean for a car shop waiting room. I didn't use their restrooms since I wasn't there very long so I couldn't say if those were clean as well. Overall I had a pleasant experience. Your mileage may vary depending at what time you bring your car in or for what.

    Brought my truck in for a warranty repair and was assisted by Jake Brock, who went out of his way to ensure that (a) the item was addressed and repaired properly, and (b) he under promised and overdelivered on getting my truck back to me! It is rare that service folks take a personal interest in the vehicle, but this young man has a knack for making you feel like your problem is the most important one there. Very impressed and would not normally recommend a dealer service, but based on this experience, absolutely and without hesitation! Good Job Jake and Jones Ford!

    Bryan Smith was so so helpful. Had just what we wanted. Stayed in touch with us about getting our new F250. We had visited several other Ford dealerships in SC with no luck. Their web site would say Just Arrived we would drive there and Nothing! Such false advertising on their part. But not Jones Ford. Highly recommend them. Very smooth truck buying experience.     EDIT: Sales process was the best ever---- service, not so much. Do Not expect Quick Lane to make your service quicker. If you can't request an oil change on their site, don't keep trying 3 or 4 more times... it doesn't allow that. You have to come wait in line with all those that don't mind waiting in line without a scheduled appointment.

    Fantastic buying experience with fair pricing. I was so frustrated with dealership charging exorbitant fees for several popular SUVs. I contacted Jones Ford and was greeted by staff who more than fair and professional! From start to finish, Mike Kane and Anthony Tompkins were easy to deal with during the purchase and explaining the Expedition Max we selected.     For only real drivers Today jan 27th I love my Jones Ford dealership on rivers ave in North Charleston this is by far the best dealership experience I've had so far Courtney is the best knowledgeable and friendly called to ask about an issue with my car and she was quick with a feasible response thanks Awhile ago I called on a Friday evening in reference to have the oil changed in my new Ford Focus and I was thinking I needed an appointment the guy that I spoke with was more than happy to help me I told him that I needed an oil change and he replied ma'am it's no need for an appointment come on in and we'll take care of you so Saturday morning I drove my new car to the Jones Ford dealership on rivers ave I didn't want to wait around so I had a ride pick me up and take me home after about an hour I had a call telling to come and pick up my car it was all done I was more than happy to go and get my new car with fresh oil in it I love the fact that the same place I brought my focus is the place that service my focus I received a full report on my ride and was happy to know that it's nothing wrong with it from the breaks to the fluids my Jones Ford dealership can do it I love my new car so much I wrote a song about how much I love it and I call it I'm focused written and recorded by me Maybe on day I can do a Jones Ford commercial telling everybody just how much I love my new Ford Focus and that the Jones Ford dealership is the best place in Charleston SC to buy a new or used Ford

    Had a wonderful experience with Deacon Jones Ford. The ONLY dealer that treated me with courtesy and importance when I wanted to order a Bronco 10 months ago. The hype of certain products often eliminates the ability for establishments to provide customer service and respect as I learned when I got treated poorly by about a dozen other ford stores before discovering Deacon Jones. Robbie Jones was great and special shout-out to David Bjorling, my salesman, who handled my order with a high level of professionalism and care.

During each time I called and spoke with different employees they were very professional and patient. A ford employee I recognized away from the ford dealer, said hello and gave me a nice smile, so I felt like the staff is genuinely nice. My Brake job was done in a timely manner.

    I bought my 2017 Ford fusion from Jones Ford in 2017. It had 7.5 mi on it when I bought it I have taken my car every time that it needed an oil change back to Jones ford. I also have them do any other work on my car. They they are very courteous and they explain everything the way it should be done, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family when they decide to buy a car or get a vehicle worked on. I am 100% satisfied with all the work that Jones Ford has done for me in the past two and a half years. Again everybody is courteous and nice and have no problem helping you out and answering your questions.

    I have been a customer of Jones Ford since 1980. I've used their service department and parts department over the years and had nothing but stellar service from the folks there. My late Father purchased several new cars from them and my last purchase was in 2002 when I ordered a F250 that I still drive today.     I purchased the road hazard tire warranty along with my 2021 Mustang Mach 1 from Jones Ford. I've gotten all of my new Mustangs (five so far) from them! The Mach 1 has been unlucky at finding screws in the road! It runs on Z-rated tires, which can't be repaired. The warranty has already replaced four tires on the car and it has less than 6500 miles on it! Jones Quick Lane has been amazing to me! As have just about every member of the Jones staff that I have come to know so well over the years! They all treat me so well, that I would never think to go to another dealership to buy for myself. Jones is my dealership!

    I recently had a warranty issue with my 2018 Ford-150 and called brand X, the other Ford dealer in Charleston. Upon arrival I was informed it would be four days before they could look at my vehicle so hand over the keys. Since I was not forewarned about this and had no other transportation I left. Jones Ford to the rescue. I called, was given an appointment for two days later and assured that they'd do everything they could to get it done in one day. I was promptly greeted and reassured this would get done that day. The result....Mission accomplished. Thanks to the Jones Ford service team for a great job.

    I was watching for a Toyota Tacoma for a month and one showed up on Car Gurus at Jones Ford. It was exactly what I was looking for. I went in and met Meridith and made an offer on this vehicle. Within a few minutes, I had a deal before I ever drove it due to bad weather. This dealer is very efficient. I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day with very little time spent.     My wife and I bought a used 2013 F150 from Jones Ford, We couldn't be happier. The transaction was easy, no high pressure sales tactics or pushing for tons of extra fees. The deal was fair and transparent which is very uncommon for a dealership. After we bought the truck there was a small mechanical problem, not Jones Ford's fault by any means but they went above and beyond to help correct the issue with no argument whatsoever. All of the people we talked too seemed to be named Mike but our salesman was Mike Cane and I can't speack highly enough of them.

    My wife and I bought a used 2013 F150 from Jones Ford, We couldn't be happier. The transaction was easy, no high pressure sales tactics or pushing for tons of extra fees. The deal was fair and transparent which is very uncommon for a dealership. After we bought the truck there was a small mechanical problem, not Jones Ford's fault by any means but they went above and beyond to help correct the issue with no argument whatsoever. All of the people we talked too seemed to be named Mike but our salesman was Mike Cane and I can't speack highly enough of them.

    This is actually for Fast Lane. I go there for standard maintenance. Scott always gets the customer service part of the job done well. He sometimes seems a tad serious, but he's never been rude and always explained things as little or as much as needed. Now, that said he interacts with my kiddos with a friendly tone and you will actually see him smile. Oh, and even my 2 axal brake work took less time (and you can watch them do the work, so even better)than Stokes takes to do oil or a tire. I'm only slightly joking.

    Trying to purchase new F250 for 5 weeks. A few stops at one dealer than quit. One stop at a second dealer, gave up on that guy in 10 minutes. Last stop JONES. Rep was right on the same page as I. One hour later my new truck is on it's way. He was familiar with all options. Made sure my wife saw all the colors and options that might be being considered. The fact that we were directed to someone familar with my request was a big push in the right direction.

Thank you Purchase a 2017 Ford Escape, used November 2019. Six month after purchased vehicle the engine started throwing codes. Now Coolant was leaking into engine. Even though I was told 2017-2019 are having that very problem the service department has told me I have to replace the engine $6,401.03 Will be going by there tomorrow to chat with the sales manager but so far no one there has been any help. I will never recommend them and make sure ive told everyone of my experience.
